These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pointer, an AI-powered database agent developed by VertexIT, a subsidiary of the Pixelnest Group. By using Pointer or our website at getptr.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pointer in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license or subscription terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software without our written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pointer only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use Pointer to access, process, or transmit data in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use Pointer to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Resell or sublicense Pointer without authorization

4. AI Outputs

Pointer uses third-party AI providers to generate SQL and other outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before use in production environments.

5. Disclaimers

Pointer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertexIT and the Pixelnest Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pointer, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pointer at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using Pointer at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Pointer after changes constitutes acceptance.
